CTCS Worldwide Sdn Bhd (CWSB) was established in January 2019 and is a subsidiary company, wholly owned by Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB), a statutory body accredited to Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities Malaysia (MPIC).

What is NOT COVERED by CWSB Warranty?
• Products without all of the original packaging.
• Failure or damage caused due to improper use.
• Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse.
• Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating.
• Damage or failure caused from improper use. This includes water and fire damage.
• Loss or damage due to missing components/parts.
• Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues) of the product is also not covered by the warranty.
• Product modification in any aspect.
